If you change any settings via AtomChat's Admin Panel, for example, if you update your chat layout's color and you do not see it change on your website, it could be because:
Your browser cache is not clear
Due to browser caching, changes made won't reflect immediately in your website's chat layout.
1. Open your browser settings and clear the cache
2. Then reload your website and check if the changes reflect
TIP: To see if the changes reflect without waiting, you can open your website on an Incognito Window and test.
You are using a WordPress Caching Plugin
If you have a caching plugin for your website, along with clearing your browser cache;
- Please clear/delete/purge the cache from that plugin as well.
