Credits Deduction

Credit Deduction is available in Growth Plan, Mega Plan & Enterprise Plan

AtomChat allows you to deduct credits when your users use a particular feature. If a user runs out of credits, then they will no longer be able to use that feature (until they add more credits). This feature is ideal when you would like to charge for using certain features.

  1. Use our Restful API to add credits for a user.
  2. Configure the credits you want to deduct for usage of a feature in AtomChat Admin Panel -> Settings -> Role Based Access Control

Set the number of credits you want to deduct for usage of a feature

Step 1:  Login to AtomChat Admin Panel.

Step 2:  Click on Settings -> Role Base Access from the navigation menu.

Step 3:  Now you can view all your user roles. Select any role and look out for "Charge Credits when using certain features for this role".

Step 4: Modify the number of credits you would like to charge and hit the Update button.
